I have a new contest starting June 1st, and the prizes are going to be free dance lessons!  I'll be  giving away several packages of dance lessons at the end of the month, read below for some of the many ways you can enter!

-Every person who "likes" my business during the month will get 5 entries (those of you who have already liked the page will get 10 entries for being such helpful early adopters!)
-Every person who attends a lesson during the month will receive 5 entries.
-Every person who "checks in" on Facebook during their lessons will receive 5 entries.
-Every person who writes a review on my Facebook business page will receive 10 entries (only once per student though).
-Every student that you refer to me who purchases my introductory special will earn the referrer 10 entries, as well as an entry of their own
-There will also be special events and promotions throughout the month where you can earn more entries!

I'm trying out a new feature that will allow students to schedule private lessons online!  When you follow the link on the Book Your Lessons page, you will be able to see my schedule of availability.  If you see any times that would work for you, select all that apply.  As soon as you do, I'll get an email with your list of suggested appointment times.  I just select one that works for both of us and you'll get a confirmation email in seconds. 

If you use a computerized schedule (Outlook, Google Calendar, iPhone) the confirmation will also have an attachment that will let you automatically add the appointment to your calendar of choice!

You can always schedule things the old-fashioned way over the phone or via email, but several students have requested this and I'm actually really excited about its possibilities!  If you like it (or hate it), be sure and let me know!

Hey everybody, if you have been looking for a group of people to go out dancing with, you're in luck!  We've just formed a new group on meetup.com (don't worry, it's free!), hoping to help coordinate our dancing plans and help make new friends.

I chose Meetup.com because it provides a great way to coordinate large groups of people that want to get together and have a good time.   The NWA Ballroom & Latin Dance Club is open to everybody who is interested in dancing.  Whether you're an instructor or a novice, somebody who likes ballet or hip-hop or ballroom or country - you're welcome to join!
